It is no secret that the Coronavirus is affecting, and will continue to affect, the ability of the UK to carry on with daily life, as normal for the foreseeable future. Here at Salmons Solicitors Ltd we have strived to limit disruption to our service delivery since the start of the national lockdown. With effect from the 3rd August 2020, our offices are now open to members of the public with appropriate safeguards in place. Where possible, we are conducting meetings with clients via telephone, email, video calls and by post.
Our office safeguards include limiting the number of persons in the office at any one time and requiring the use of face masks and hand sanistiser. Our staff will be behind perspex shields and our reception areas have been converted into interview rooms which means that we cannot accept callers to the office without an appointment at such times as the reception is being used to see a client. We do not take these measures lightly, but for the health and safety of our staff and clients, we feel that this is the most sensible form of action to take, falling in line with Government guidelines on limiting social contact whilst the pandemic persists.
Salmons Solicitors will continue to maintain the level of service delivery that our clients have always come to expect from us.
We wish to thank all of our clients for their continued support and understanding during this challenging time and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
