On receipt of this form our Data Protection officer will acknowledge receipt to you by letter or email and obtain and review your personal information.
Your matter, if it is on-going, might not proceed whilst a Data Protection right is being exercised. We will then contact you to verify that this is a genuine request from our existing or former client and ask you a number of security related questions before dealing with your request. We have one month to do so.
