Public Funding (formerly legal aid) is now available for mediation.
If you are eligible for public funding this will be assessed at the outset.
If you are not eligible for public funding the charge will be £80 plus VAT per person per session.
The sessions normally last 1½ hours. 5 to 6 sessions are not uncommon but more or less may be needed. The participants decide how many sessions are needed as they go along.
