100% Compensation

With effect from 1st July 2011 we are offering all personal injury claimants  a service which guarantees 100% of their compensation. Historically a client's compensation could be reduced slightly to reflect costs which could not be recovered.

It is unlikely that a firm of solicitors can recover ALL of a client's costs and expenses from a losing defendant so we can only offer a 100% recovery by agreeing to reduce our fees to the fees we recover from the opponent.

There are some condiitons:-

♦  The 100%   promise only applies after any deduction for contributory negligence has been made

♦  The 100% promise only applies after any deduction has been made for repayable state benefits

♦  The  100% promise only applies if you pay your own expenses and do not borrow the money from us to meet those expenses.
